👆Science REVEALS How To Heal Your Skin & OVERCOME Acne! 👆

Hey beauty!

I'll share the anti-aging foods in just a sec but you gotta hear this...

I'm living in the woods of Denmark while waiting for the corona situation to wear off. And not just anywhere in Denmark. In the woods!

And my boyfriends dad has 20 OWLS. He's going about his day, going to work, coming back, feeding the owls and everything is normal.

Then the next day, to his horror, he forgot to lock one of the aviaries. The door was wide open! So he runs over and both owls inside are nowhere to be found.

Now 3 days later after searching the woods to no avail. Even buying a heat-seeking binocular in the hopes that he would spot them. Still nothing.

Then while at work, he receives a phone call from a man in the nearby city.

There's sitting a tired owl on a chair right next to the front door. He rushes home from work and find the owl still sitting there, completely dehydrated and probably haven't eaten in three days.

He grabs it, drives it home safely and feeds it.

I pray the other owl makes it home safely, too!

Anyway I just wanted to share. It's not everyday you hear about owls! 🙂

What you're really here for is the anti-aging foods and what I've done is compile 4 food groups instead of specific ingredients. That means you have the freedom to pick yourself from a wider range of foods.

These simple 4 food groups will help supply your skin with the nutrients it needs to flourish:

1. Whole grains: Preferably organic (to avoid hormone-disrupting chemicals) such as oats, barley, brown rice, millet, rye, quinoa, buckwheat, lentils and beans. These foods will balance your blood sugar levels and restore the inner health.

2. Fruits: Red and orange fruits contain betacarotene and vitamin C which supports healthy skin and collagen production, while red and black fruits have anti-inflammatory properties.

Fun fact: Apples are said to bind toxins to remove them from your system. So why not grab a bag of apples the next time you are out?

3. Vegetables: All high in antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and fibre which are the foundation of healthy plump skin.

4. Seeds and nuts: These contain omega-3s, which are good for skin and hormonal balance.

Whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and seeds & nuts. All easy to find. All guaranteed to make your inner environment thrive.
