  • What’s the best time to drink this? In the morning?(Before or after breakfast) or in the evening (before or after dinner)?

Also can i drink it after my work out routine?

    • Hi Carol! Thank you for your question! I like to have my juices before I have had any other food. It’s better to start the day with a rich-in-fiber juice. Beetroot is a vitamin powerhouse. I like to drink this juice in the morning before I do cardio as well – I read once that beetroot works like a natural ‘pre-workout’. Have you tried to make it?

    • Hey CalmMom 🙂 You will definitely get the benefits by blending the ingredients in your vitamix. Plus you will get all the fibers too – which is great for your gut health! So go for it <3

    • Basically anytime! I love having it before my workout – gives me energy. You can have in the morning. Your body will absorb the vitamins regardless of when you drink it 🙂
