There are so many green smoothie recipes out there and you have probably tried many of them.
Basically, whatever green leafy veggies and fruits you blend, you will never get a bad result (health-wise).
However, when it comes to taste, same cannot be stated.
Don't know about you but I have tried green smoothie combinations which I wish I haven't.
My point is - to be able to harness the benefits of a green smoothie, we need to drink it more than once. And do drink it more than once, it has to taste good. And easy to make.
Easier said than done, I know.
Goal is therefore to find a smoothie recipe where you don't feel like pinching your nose while drinking it.

Here is how to make your Glowing Skin Green Smoothie
Glowing Skin Green Smoothie
Yield: 2 big smoothies
Total time: 5 min.
1 cup chopped pineapple (frozen or fresh)
1 cup chopped mango (frozen or fresh)
2 cups spinach
1 avocado, chopped
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1 cup coconut water (plain)
Note: To end with a totally creamy and silky texture, you may need a strong, powerful blender like the Vitamix.
How to prepare it
1. Add all of the ingredients to the blender in the listed order.
2. Blend on high until smooth.
3. Adjust the amount of coconut water accordingly to your taste. If it's too thick, you can also add water.
If you do not like any of the fruits listed, simply replace with fruits of your choice.
